Please note this integration is only complete following an onboarding call with Centric.
1. Create a new Data Source: To set up Gong, navigate to
Data Sources in the bottom left nav bar and click
New Source.
2. Add Gong, include an extraction instruction: The extraction instruction informs the AI what information to focus on from your conversations. It is really important to include it.
Name: Gong; Source: Gong integration ;
Extraction instruction: These are recorded calls from Gong between 'Internal users' (our employees) and 'External users' (our customers or prospects). Only extract insights from External users. You can use the Internal user’s response to interpret what the user intended or meant.
3. Authenticate with Gong: Select Authenticate with Gong. This will bring you to Gong and you can authenticate Centric.
4. Once authenticated, import historical calls and enable auto-import of new calls: Firstly, import previously recorded calls by selecting a date range to import. We recommend importing one week of calls to begin with. Then, enable auto-import for all calls going forward. Centric will fetch new calls every 60 minutes.
5.Integration should now should as 'Live'.
